Fender 1976 Starcaster Natural USA with original case RARE

This one came into our shop via trade.  The previous owner had this instrument case-kept in a controlled environment.  These are rare birds and we are thrilled that one finally came our way.  The guitar is in overall very good condition, considering it's age and rarity.  The body has more resonance than any guitar of this era that has ever come through.  You can truly feel the vibration of the instrument with every strum.  The flame maple is gorgeous and the natural checking of the finish is a thing of beauty.  The electronics are clean and everything works as it should.  The case is in great shape and is free of any stains and smell.  The hinges and latches are all intact and work perfectly.

This guitar was handled with love but it was certainly played.  There are lots of imperfections including fret wear, dings, dents, scratches, chipping lacquer etc.  Please see all photos for a big picture of the overall condition.
