Epiphone "1955" Les Paul Custom Outfit P-90 B-Stock with Hardshell Case
A real beauty here. How can you pass up this Epiphone? Black with gold hardware and a P-90 pickups this guitar is too cool. It is B-stock but the only reason is because there is a small finish splotch on the back of the neck (See Picture). Otherwise this things is perfect. Plays great and come with a Epiphone hardshell case.
Epiphone presents the new Ltd. Ed. Inspired by "1955" Les Paul Custom™ Outfit, a historic reissue of one of the most popular Les Pauls ever made. Featuring Gibson USA Soapbar P-90 pickups, gold hardware, an Ebony fretboard, and a vintage style hard case.
Epiphone and Mr. Les Paul
Epiphone’s long friendship with Mr. Les Paul dates back to the 1940s when Les, working after-hours at the original Epiphone factory in Manhattan, created one of the world’s first solid body electric guitars which he nicknamed “The Log”. It wasn’t long before “The Log” evolved into the legendary Les Paul. Throughout his life, Les continued to work closely with Epiphone reviewing new products and offering suggestions. “They are damn fine instruments, I swear by them!” said Les.
The Epiphone Ltd. Ed. Inspired by "1955" Les Paul Custom™ Outfit is an historic reissue of the “tuxedo” Les Paul that Les designed to be the most beautiful electric guitar ever made with a striking Ebony finish with gold hardware that would not only look great with a “tux” but would also convince skeptics that the new—and controversial--“solid body” electric guitar was a refined and classy instrument.
