Used Fender American Select Stratocaster Tobacco Sunburst HSS w/Hard Case
This series was out from 2013-2015, this one being born in 2013. For that year, these were the top-of-the-line instruments just below Custom Shop. This one is in Very Good condition. There are some scuffs on the bottom, tiny finish chips near the backplate, Also, there are two commonplace and superficial, finish cracks that are highlighted near the neck pocket. Please see photos.
The Fender Select Stratocaster HSS features the "channel-bound" rosewood fingerboard, a Fender innovation in which the compound-radius fingerboard is "inlaid" into the neck. It's a stylish look and an amazingly comfortable fretting-hand feel in which both edges are pleasingly rounded, with no side seam between neck and fingerboard.The guitar also has a flame maple top, elegant hand-stained Tobacco Sunburst finish and hand-rubbed oil neck finish.
