Comes with power supply, 4 patch cables, and an 8-way 9-volt spliter. 2 of the pedal-slot foam spacers remain in place, ready to be removed to fit up to 6 standard sized Boss pedals. Mono in Stereo out. It also comes with a 2nd signal path (FX Send/Return), also MISO.
