Used Fender 69' Telecaster Thinline 1999 Black

This one was came into our shop via trade.  For being 25 year old, it's in VERY Good Condition.  The neck has a nice worn-in feel and is very comfortable.  The body is free of any major dings, dents or gouges.  There are some light finish scratches that you'd expect along with a more notable one on the back (see photos).  Admittingly, it is very difficult to photo scratches on a glossy black guitar.  There is some minor fret wear on the first two strings primarily under the G.   Also, some oxidation/rusting on the bridge that gives it a true vintage, authentic touch.

For a certain breed of free-spirited guitarist who reveres the original Telecaster Thinline design of the late 1960s, here it is again in stylish original form. The Classic Series '69 Telecaster Thinline brings it all back, authentic right down to the lightweight semi-hollow mahogany body with a single f hole, specially shaped pickguard and single-coil pickups. A favorite of players from '70s country rock to modern U.K. alt-rock and much more.

  • Lightweight semi-hollow mahogany body with single f hole
  • Maple neck with "U" profile
  • 7.25"-radius maple fingerboard with 21 vintage-style frets
  • Dual vintage-style single-coil Telecaster pickups with three-way switching
  • Distinctively shaped white pearloid pickguard
