Used Fender American Special Telecaster 2015 Blonde w/Hard Case

Fender's American Special Telecaster solidbody electric guitar gives you popular Tele features at a price that's nearly unheard of for a US-made Fender. It all starts with an alder body for classic Tele tone, and it's all wrapped up in a great-looking gloss urethane finish. Fender's easy-playing trademark maple neck/fingerboard combo sports jumbo frets for easy shredding.

Fender has fitted their American Special Telecaster with their Greasebucket tone control, which rolls off highs without adding bass or affecting your volume. This is seriously cool, because it gives you explicit control over your tone onstage without your having to compensate for volume loss - making the American Special Tele a serious tone machine.

This particular instrument has been upgraded with aftermarket Seymour Duncan pickups. There's a Custom Mini Humbucker in the neck and a Little ’59 Tele pickup in the bridge. This guitar can twang with the best of 'em in classic Tele fashion, but the added power of the Seymour Duncan humbuckers add some more oomph to your tone. This guitar is perfect for Country and Jazz cleans as well as hard-edged Rock 'n' Roll distortion!

On top of that, the neck feels great and the frets are in near-perfect shape. There are a couple of small imperfections with the instrument however. The first is a tiny little finish chip on the bottom side of the guitar. There's also a pair of small indentations on the back of the neck, roughly around the locations of the nut and the first fret. Rest assured, neither of these affect the playability. Finally, there's also a tiny screwhole on the bass side of the pickguard from some previous modification. Other than that, this thing is a clean Rock 'n' Roll machine! All and all, this is a perfectly powerful Telecaster that can handle whatever style or genre you throw at it! Weighs 7 lb 9.4 oz and includes hardcase.
