This used Les Paul is in fantastic shape! There's some very light surface scratching throughout, most noticeably on the front near the pickup selector switch and the cutaway by the pickguard. There's also a light ding near the binding by the neck tone knob. The pickups sound great and this axe has all the sustain you'd expect out of a classic Les Paul! Comes with Gibson hardcase.
Weighs 9 LB 3 oz, super light for a solidbody, non-weight-relieved Les Paul!
The Gibson Les Paul Standard 60s delivers the classic features found on Les Paul models from the very early 1960s in a modern guitar that's ready for any stage! The Les Paul Standard 60s has a non-weight-relieved solid mahogany body with an AA figured maple top that adds a bit of extra sustain and bite to the warmth and midrange punch of the mahogany. The mahogany neck has a fast-playing SlimTaper profile for hours and hours of comfortable play, while the bound Indian rosewood fretboard is outfitted with 22 medium jumbo frets and is adorned with acrylic trapezoid inlays. The 12” fretboard radius makes it equally comfortable when you’re playing first-position chords or bending the strings further up the neck. The Les Paul Standard 60s is equipped with a classic ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum Stop Bar tailpiece, Grover Rotomatic tuning machines “with Kidney" buttons, and gold Top Hat knobs with silver reflectors. A Graph Tech nut, Grover tuners, ABR-1 bridge, and Stop Bar tailpiece help keep the tuning nice and solid. The two 60s Burstbucker pickups are loaded with Alnico 5 magnets and hand-wired to individual volume and tone controls that feature audio taper potentiometers. The tone controls use Orange Drop capacitors. The controls are topped with gold Top Hat knobs with silver reflectors, just like the classic early 60s Les Paul Standard models.
