There is not a lot to read about these instruments on the internet. What we know:

This instrument was manufactured by Fernandes for Burny in the early 1990's. Here's some info from their website.

"One of the very first trademark designs offered by Fernandes Guitars, the Vertigo, was first released in Japan under the Burny brand as the "H-Series" in January of 1992, consisting of a 2-single coil 12-string (H-115), a 6-string with vintage tremolo (H-105) a black bass with Bartolini-style pickups (HB-100)" -Fernandes

This bass weighs 8LBS 6oz.

That being said, we think it's rarity makes it even cooler. Wanna be the only cat in town with a Burny Vertigo? We can help! This bass is in great cosmetic shape with only a few minor signs of wear. The Bartolini inspired humbucking pickup sounds huge, joining a lineage of classic 'middle pickup' basses like the Fender Musicmaster.

There are very few blemishes on this bass. The majority of them are located inside of the jack. The angle on this is a little awkward- it can make for some difficulty when plugging it in without looking at it. Some of the finish has worn off in this heavy area of travel. Other than that, there are some very thin scratches from typical use, near impossible to see unless you're looking for them. This thing plays like a dream, freshly set-up by our in-house technician. Looking to stand out from the crowd? Grab this Burny Vertigo before it's gone!
